I've enabled the comments function of the site now (with some handy third-party software called jreactions), which means that we now support feedback. Since feedback was the final technical requirement I had before I would officially "launch" the project, I am now officially in promotion mode. I will be promoting this site everywhere and anywhere I can in the next ten days and I appreciate any help anyone can offer in this regard. The next step that I will take will be coming up with a formula for electing the first group or "Congress" (hopefully I can finish that tonight or tomorrow) and coming up with an open and honest mechanism for elections. In the meantime, tell your friends!

Almost done

Much to my own surprise, I think that this site is almost done. Now, naturally the site is a bit rough around the edges; but that's to be expected: I'm no web-designer... just a guy with a crazy pseudo-blogging dream. Now, as I said, the site is almost done. There are still a few details to be worked out, including a final site-name (and corresponding domain name registration and migration) some better naming of links and categorizations, and populating the non-local content resources (links, newsfeeds, etc.) Those are all minor details however, so I am officially opening the doors, so to speak. I invite anyone to look around and register (although there is no member-specific content just yet.) However, I encourage your participation and feedback. Please email me with ANY enquiries or feedback.
